Clinics and Services

pregnantAntenatal/Postnatal Clinic

This is run by a doctor on a Thursday afternoon 3.00 to 4.00pm (by appointment only).

Baby Clinic

For well babies* and children under 5 years, this is run by doctor, nurse and health visitors on Thursday afternoon 2.00 - 3.00pm (main surgery). Alternatively, a walk-in well baby clinic is held at Roundshaw Health Centre, Mollison Square, Wallington on Monday mornings 9.30 to 11.00am, Tel: 020 8544 2230. Please note, child immunisations are not available at this clinic.

Asthma Clinic

inhaler2These are run by both practice nurses, across both sites and are by appointment only.

Diabetic Clinic

These are run by both practice nurses, across both sites and are by appointment only.

Family Planning

Dedicated clinics are run by the nurses across both sites regularly on a weekly basis.

Well Woman Clinics

These are run on a Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday evening at the main surgery and Tuesday evening at the branch surgery by appointment only.

Minor Surgery

Dr Amjad and Dr Akinmade will carry out minor surgical procedures at both sites by appointment and will be happy to advise you on this.

Patients Over 75 Years

Those patients aged 75 and over who have not seen a doctor or nurse for more than 12 months are entitled to a health check. Please ask at reception.

Flu Vaccination

An influenza vaccination is particularly recommended for patients over 65 and those considered to be at risk who suffer with heart, lung or kidney disease, diabetes and residents of nursing and rest homes.

Please contact the reception staff in October for details of the vaccination dates and to make an appointment. If you are unable to attend the surgery, a home visit can be arranged. Immunisation against pneumonia is also recommended for the over 65s and those with chronic conditions.

Both of these vaccinations are free of charge for eligible patients.
