Telephone Advice

Home Visits

The surgery operates a telephone triage session twice a day: 10.00 - 10.30am and 5.00 - 5.30pm when you will be able to speak to a doctor for advice or for any urgent medical problem.

Please telephone as early as possible after 8.30am or 2.00pm if you wish to speak to a doctor about an urgent medical condition. It may be the doctor on call will be able to deal with your problem over the telephone. However, if this is not the case you will be given an emergency appointment for either that morning or evening.

Home Visits

Home visits are at the doctor's discretion; requests should be made before 10.00am. Please give as much information as you can to the receptionist in order that the doctor can prioritise the visits appropriately.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit.
