Telephone System Problems

The practice would like to apologise to those who have been cut off whilst in a phone queue to our reception team. We have raised this with our phone system provider who have admitted this is caused by a bug in the system they are trying to rectify.

Blood test appointment system is changing

From 1st February 2024, we are moving from Swiftqueue to Sangix

You can easily book your blood test online

Using a PC or a smart phone, go to www.epsom-sthelier.nhs.uk/blood-tests

  • Click on Blood Tests
  • Click on book an appointment
  • Select adult or child blood test 
  • Select your preferred clinic and click book an appointment
  • If you already have a Swiftqueue account, please click on PASSWORD RESET to register with Sangix
  • If you do not have an existing account, you will need to register an account
  • Please select your appointment reason 
  • Choose a date and time
