Repeat medication requests

You can order your repeat prescription items in one of the following ways:

We no longer accept prescription requests over the phone, in person or in writing using the tear off slip or as a separate written note. Submitting written requests takes longer and leads to a greater number of errors and missed items so we want to avoid this.

Questions about your prescription

If you have queries about your medicines your local community pharmacist can usually answer these.  They can also help with queries about items you can buy over the counter without a prescription.

The practice has a prescribing clerk available Monday to Friday usually in the mornings who can also help address medication queries.

If you have more complex medication queries or need a mediation review this will normally require an appointment with one of our practice pharmacists.
